At Boost we have a passion for health, mind and body. We aim to build Australia's largest collection of juice bars and we are always interested in talking to like minded people who have a zest for life and take the view that helping others can also be very financially rewarding. In 2005 Boost won the American Express Reward for Excellence for “Franchisor of the Year”, presented by the National Retailers Association. The award identifies outstanding achievements in a range of areas critical to retail success, and the franchisor award is designed to recognise business excellence by a franchisor that has developed a successful franchise operation.

Also in 2005, Boost’s own Jacinta Caithness, General Manager of International and National Franchising, won the inaugural Australian Financial Review BOSS Young Executive of the Year 2005. Jacinta was chosen out of twelve finalists from some of the top companies in Australia. Jacinta started with Boost Juice when Boost had 15 stores and 4 staff at Head Office. She has made a major contribution to the growth of the business and in only two years has recruited over 100 franchisees, which meant recruiting nearly four people a month for the first twelve months - a mean feat for anyone to handle!
